You have the right to view your personal data registered with EuroFlorist. If the registered data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to request that the data be corrected or deleted. Personal Data
When an order is placed with EuroFlorist on our website, personal data supplied to EuroFlorist Sweden AB is stored so that we can perform the service ordered and issue an invoice. As well as the data supplied by the customer, the IP address and time the order was placed are also stored with EuroFlorist.

EuroFlorist Sweden AB never distributes or sells information to third parties regarding its customers whether an address, personal details or e-mail addresses. In the exception of legal cases where disputes are seeking to be resolved, EuroFlorist must comply with local laws particularly if the information is requested by the courts.

You must be 18 years or older to place an orders via our Internet service.

Fraudulent orders
All acts of deception or attempted acts of deception and fraudulent orders will be reported to the local police and law enforcement agencies.

Session cookies
With a number of functions on our websites, for example on the order form, we use a “session ID”, or temporary cookies, to enable us to send the right web pages to the user. This means that our server sends a so-called “session cookie” with a unique ID number to your computer every time you visit our website. Without this, for example, you would be unable to go back to your order without filling out your details again. A session cookie is not saved on your computer and it’s only active until you switch off the computer. This type of cookie is only used to ensure functions on EuroFlorist’s websites operate properly. It does not provide us with any information about you as a user, neither does it pose any risk of infecting your computer with a software virus.

Membership in our VIP Member program is free-of-charge. The information you enter in your VIP Member registration will only remain in our database as long as your membership is active. This information will be deleted if your account remains inactive for a long period of time. Information from EuroFlorist will only be sent to members who have registered that they would like to receive newsletters and information from us.

Your password is personal and you are responsible for its safekeeping. If you have forgotten or lost your password, click on “Forgot your password?” on the order page and we will send your password to the email address you provided in your VIP Member account application.

Payment by Invoice
Once you have registered as a VIP Member, you can apply to be invoiced for payment. To be approved for payment by invoice, a credit check will be conducted when you make your first purchase. You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this payment service. If you are approved, this option will appear automatically on the order page when you log into your VIP Member account to place an order. When the recipient has received your floral order, an invoice will be sent to you by mail. The payment terms for invoices are 10 days. An additional charge of 25 SEK per invoice is payable on private invoices to cover administrative costs.
